• ?Role Overview

We're looking for aSenior ServiceNow Developerto join our high-performance global team.

You'll build custom applications, automate workflows, and integrate ServiceNow across enterprise environments.

This is aclient-facing, hands-on development rolerequiring technical depth and clear communication.

Lead complex customizations usingscripting (Glide, JavaScript) and automation tools , including custom workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules.

Architect and implementREST / SOAP integrations , leveraging Integration Hub, MID Servers, and ERP connectivity.

Driveinstance upgrades, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices .

Collaborate withUS-based clients and cross-functional teams , gathering requirements and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.

Mentor junior developers and contribute totechnical solutioning and architecture decisions .

Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases, AI features, and industry trends, recommending adoption to clients.RequirementsCertified System Administrator (CSA) – Required

Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required

Bachelor's degree inSoftware Engineering(minimum); a Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is a plus.

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience , with broad knowledge across multiple modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, etc.)

Strong scripting and automation skills ( Glide, JavaScript, Flow Designer )

Experience withintegrations, REST / SOAP, ERP systems, and AI-driven workflows

Provenclient-facing experience , able to translate technical solutions for business stakeholders

Fluent in English (written & verbal)

Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to operate infast-paced, high-impact projects?Nice to HaveExperience withApp Engine, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, ATF

Exposure toAgile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)

Additional ServiceNow certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-HR, CIS-ITOM, etc.)
