DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Install AV and IT equipment based on provided diagrams, layouts, or technical instructions
- Assemble and set up professional video equipment, including cameras, lenses, monitors, and power systems
- Mount and connect video equipment in studio environments, ensuring proper signal routing to backend systems
- Verify that all video signals are correctly transmitted to intended devices such as switchers, capture systems, and displays
- Run and install low-voltage cabling for video, audio, and network systems across studio and facility spaces
- Handle cable management tasks, including running, terminating, labeling, and testing SDI, XLR, and Ethernet cables
- Install studio lighting and accessories in alignment with predefined lighting designs or plans
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair technical issues related to AV and IT systems
- Implement quick solutions or workarounds to minimize equipment downtime and service disruption
REQUIREMENTS :
Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communicationExperience with assembling, disassembling, testing, and troubleshooting computer hardwareAbility to diagnose and repair basic hardware issuesFamiliarity with basic test tools such as multimeters and an understanding of AC / DC electrical principlesExperience with soldering and working on printed circuit boards according to technical guidelinesBasic knowledge of installing and configuring operating systems, including Windows and LinuxAbility to install and set up peripheral devices and drivers (e.g., monitors, scanners, expansion cards)Willingness to learn and adapt to new technical concepts and toolsGeneral understanding of video camera operation and video production environmentsFamiliarity with basic audio equipment such as microphones and mixersAwareness of photography fundamentals (e.g., aperture, shutter speed, ISO, exposure, lenses) is a plusBENEFITS :
