Instructional Designer

We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to support our learning teams across several active and upcoming projects. This role is ideal for someone with around 2 years of experience who is comfortable working with content, organizing information, and preparing storyboards and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Create storyboards and clear content structures based on curriculum maps and SME input.

Prepare and maintain instructional documents.

Collaborate with SMEs to gather missing details, clarify technical points, and ensure content accuracy.

Review provided materials to identify inconsistencies or gaps and communicate them promptly.

Requirements

2 years of experience in instructional design .

Understanding of instructional design models (Gagné, Merrill, ADDIE, SAM, etc.) and vILT.

Strong written English and attention to instructional and editorial detail.

Ability to work with technical content (STEM familiarity is a plus, not required).

Strong communication skills, good information-structuring skills and attention to details.

Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Rise / Storyline, Captivate, etc.).

Hourly rate : 15$ - 25$
