Key Responsibilities
- Configure and enhance ServiceNow APM to manage application and technology portfolios effectively.
- Align APM with CSDM standards and support accurate service mapping and application service configuration.
- Use SAM and Discovery data to enrich application metadata and strengthen service maps.
- Provide visibility into technical debt and contribute to roadmap planning for leadership.
- Support the latest ServiceNow upgrade and ensure smooth module compatibility.
