Overview
Our client is a fintech software company founded in 2017. It specializes in helping banks, insurers, and other financial institutions modernize their operations by integrating legacy systems—like CRM, payments, and compliance—into a unified digital platform without the need to overhaul existing core infrastructure.
We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and execution across Latin America. This is a senior leadership role for a creative and data-driven professional who can position our brand, drive growth, and lead high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the regional marketing strategy, aligned with global business objectives.
- Lead brand positioning, communications, and PR to strengthen market presence across LATAM.
- Oversee demand generation campaigns (digital, events, partnerships, ABM, etc.) to support pipeline growth.
- Manage and optimize marketing channels (web, social, content, paid media, SEO / SEM).
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure marketing efforts drive measurable impact.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team across different geographies.
- Track, measure, and report on key marketing performance metrics and ROI.
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or B2B tech.Deep understanding of LATAM markets, with ability to adapt strategies to cultural and business contexts.Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English (both written and spoken).Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and demand generation.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.Seniority level
