ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior / Lead iOS Engineer , you will build high-quality, user-friendly iOS applications that help millions find jobs. You’ll collaborate with designers and engineers in a remote team, influence app architecture, and drive best practices. This role offers professional growth, impactful work, and the chance to shape experiences used by a global audience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Design, develop, and maintain iOS applications with a focus on high performance, scalability, and usability;
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional engineers to deliver new features and enhancements;
Work on job seeker experiences (job search, listings, applications) or employer-facing products (company profiles, branding tools);
Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and technical bottlenecks;
Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and adoption of best practices;
Ensure a high level of code quality through unit testing and adherence to development standards;
Partner with UX / UI teams to implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

MUST HAVES

5+ years of professional experience building iOS applications , ideally within LATAM markets;

Strong expertise in Swift, SwiftUI , and Combine ;

Proficient in applying MVVM architecture and software design patterns;

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL;

Experience in unit testing and ensuring high code quality standards;

Strong eye for UI / UX design and ability to collaborate with design teams;

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;

Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment;

Upper-Intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

Experience with large-scale consumer-facing apps;

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies;

Prior experience in job platforms, marketplaces, or HRTech solutions.

Requirements
