Role Overview :

We are looking for a Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer with solid ITSM and platform administration experience to support and enhance our ServiceNow environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ITSM processes, CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, and related modules. Must be able to work in fast-paced environment, often requiring collaboration with various teams and stakeholders. Must be able to deliver with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain ITSM workflows and modules.
• Perform platform administration tasks including user management, roles, and permissions.
• Assist in integrations and customizations as needed.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Participate in testing and deployment activities.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
• Maintain documentation for development and configuration.
