About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter — highly experienced, self-driven, and multilingual — to join our international Talent Acquisition team. This is a key role in helping us scale technical teams across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. You'll own full-cycle recruitment for high-demand technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for technical roles : intake, sourcing, interviewing, coordinating, and offer negotiation;
  • Screen and assess candidates, both on soft skills and basic technical fit;
  • Source talent proactively via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other sourcing platforms;
  • Maintain clear, professional communication in English and Spanish.
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of high-quality candidates across multiple regions and time zones;
  • Ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding;
  • Contribute to process improvement and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

Must-Haves :

  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with proven success in international or remote hiring;
  • Solid understanding of tech stacks, tools, and roles (e.g., Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, DevOps, Data, QA);
  • Fluency (B2) in English is a must ; Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred but not required
  • Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Manatal, Greenhouse) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Ability to operate independently in a remote, fast-paced, multicultural environment;
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Nice-to-Haves :

  • Background in tech consulting or staffing;
  • Experience hiring across LATAM, U.S., and Europe;
  • Knowledge of international hiring models (contracting, nearshoring, etc.);
  • Familiarity with Agile environments and distributed tech teams.
