Software Engineer Intern

Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Software Engineer Intern. The Software Engineer Intern will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software applications, assisting in the design and implementation of new features, and collaborating with the engineering team to improve existing systems. The intern will also participate in code reviews, write clear and efficient code, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Experience in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++)
• Understanding of software development methodologies and tools
• Interest in learning and both front-end and back-end development
• Familiarity with databases and data structures
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Brazilian Portuguese
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with data analytics and machine learning is a plus
