What you'll need to have

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Red Hat OpenShift administration.
• System administration expertise: conceptualization, design, construction, and operation of OpenShift platforms.
• Solid experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with automation platforms and infrastructure orchestration.
• Experience with Storage Servers and SAN Switches management.
• Knowledge of infrastructure services and networking topologies.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
• English proficiency (minimum B2 level, written and oral).
• Availability to relocate and live in Portugal with our support.

Also good to have:

• Experience in mission-critical OpenShift environments supporting international operations.
• Track record of collaboration with Security, Networking, and Business teams.
• Certifications related to OpenShift, RHEL, or cloud platforms.
