What You'll Do

• Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Database principles.
• Involvement in various aspects of the software development lifecycle including requirements clarification, design, implementation, testing, and support.
• Conduct system analysis, plan, and perform all product development work in an efficient manner with limited support.
• Provide accurate estimation of work implementation and testing with consistency.
• Responsible for design and development (with architect / lead support) of complex components or sub-components of a product(s) with a focus on product quality and performance.
• Responsible for analysis of current products including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of product problems, and designing solutions to address problematic areas.
• Mentor Junior & Intermediate developers;

analyze user stories and translate to task specifications with estimates for junior programmers.
