Responsibilities :
1.User Growth Strategy Development : Responsible for formulating and executing user growth strategies, understanding user growth logic, and building a sustainable user growth system;
2.User Segmentation & Retention : Establish a user segmentation system, categorize user groups and design relevant mechanisms to increase user stickiness, contribution and loyalty, promoting retention and activity;
3 .Channel Expansion & Optimization : Deeply understand emerging traffic and new approaches, explore effective new user acquisition channels and strategies with continuous optimization to reach target users;
4.Data Analysis & Product Improvement : Analyze user behavior data to identify new growth opportunities in user acquisition / activity / retention, and continuously collaborate with product teams for product enhancement;
5.Cross-department Collaboration : Coordinate with product, technology and other teams, align resources and promote project implementation.
Requirements :
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher (STEM / business preferred) is preferred;
2.3+ years in user operations or subsidy strategy analysis;
3.Experience in e-commerce, O2O, or local services platforms preferred;
4.Prior work in overseas internet products is a plus;
5.Results-driven with strong data acuity and execution skills;
6.Proficient in SQL and Python;
7.Hands-on experience in user segmentation, conversion path analysis, and subsidy ROI evaluation.
