We’re looking for a strategic B2B LATAM Field Marketing Manager to join our São Paulo-based team and play a key role in driving the growth of WGSN’s world-leading trend forecasting services. This is an exciting opportunity for a generalist 360-degree, commercially minded marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment - someone who can bring ideas to life, inspire engagement, and deliver measurable results.
This role is office-based out of our São Paulo office.

As a Marketing Manager, you will execute targeted marketing strategies that drive high-quality demand generation, create initiatives to increase client engagement (via Account-Based Marketing), and raise brand awareness. You’re a keen collaborator and diligent project manager, working across global and regional WGSN teams - including Sales, Design, and Content - to ensure WGSN’s marketing is as forward-thinking as our forecasts.
Our global marketing team combines creative vision with strategic insight to deliver measurable commercial outcomes. Based across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and NAM, we are a collaborative, high-performing group that uses data-driven decision-making to elevate the WGSN brand and deliver world-class campaigns.
