Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, from executive leadership to front-line users

Lead complex engagements and coordinate with matrixed teams to deliver successful outcomes

Create quarterly success plans with objectives, timelines, risks, and metrics

Drive engagement and adoption of the Qventus platform across assigned accounts

Proactively identify new workflows and expansion opportunities to enhance customer value

Qualifications

Must have 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare consulting or workflow-oriented SaaS

Project management experience in provider-side healthcare settings

Knowledge of provider-side hospital operations

Strong quantitative and analytical skills demonstrated in prior roles

Ability to travel up to

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in business development, sales, or account management

Knowledge of acute care patient flow processes and challenges

Change management experience

Experience collaborating with product managers and technical teams
