ORACLE Cloud Proc - R2A, Remote in Brazil

In this role you will : (responsibilities)

Must-Have : Broad experience in cloud implementations & support Senior resources with hands-to-keyboard capabilities to configure Oracle Cloud (GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management) Very good understanding of Brazil related localization in Oracle cloud

Good-to-Have Able to work independently with customer Agile way of working

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role Oracle Cloud Financial Modules – Support Issue resolution and fix Collaborate and meeting with users to understand the issue Work with Oracle on Service request Work with Global Support team located in India and collaborate for smooth issue resolution Period close activities
