🛠️ Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our high-performance global team. You’ll build custom applications, automate workflows, and integrate ServiceNow across enterprise environments. This is a client-facing, hands-on development role requiring technical depth and clear communication.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications (scoped & global) across multiple modules.
• Lead complex customizations using scripting (Glide, JavaScript) and automation tools , including custom workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules.
• Architect and implement REST / SOAP integrations , leveraging Integration Hub, MID Servers, and ERP connectivity.
• Drive instance upgrades, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices .
• Collaborate with US-based clients and cross-functional teams , gathering requirements and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical solutioning and architecture decisions .
• Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases, AI features, and industry trends, recommending adoption to clients.
