This role serves as a key link between Client Services / Sales and the broader Talent Acquisition team while managing the end-to-end vetting process from the client side, ensuring both time-to-market and revenue optimization are achieved through analytical, adaptable, and discerning approaches.Key responsibilities : - Handling and filling openings successfully, selecting candidates and meeting deadlines.

• Reviewing and filtering candidates in pipeline, following specific parameters and guidelines.
• Writing summaries and editing resumes to present candidates effectively.
• Managing communication with Clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.Requirements : - IT Recruiting Experience : Background working with IT recruiting and technical talent acquisition.
• Adaptability : Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication Skills : Excellent communication abilities and capability to present candidates effectively.
• Language Skills : Advanced level of English with articulate and eloquent communication abilities.Additional skills preferred : - Technical Background : Previous IT industry knowledge or technical background.Benefits :
