We are seeking a driven and proactive Business Development Analyst to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
Outbound Outreach :
- Conduct high-volume outreach via phone calls, email, and LinkedIn to establish and maintain direct communication with business owners and key decision-makers.
Lead Qualification :
Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities by gathering information during calls and assessing alignment with company criteria.Relationship Building :
Develop and maintain professional relationships with business owners, fostering trust and interest in potential strategic opportunities.Data Management :
Maintain and update the company’s CRM and databases to ensure accurate, real-time records of outreach efforts and contact details.Collaboration :
Work closely with the marketing and acquisitions teams to develop personalized outreach strategies, messaging, and follow-up campaigns.Reporting :
Track and report on outreach activity, engagement metrics, and pipeline development to measure performance and optimize calling strategies.Qualifications

This is a performance-based, full-time remote position . Compensation includes a base pay plus a success fee tied to individual and company performance, based on key performance indicators (KPIs) established during onboarding.
