This role goes beyond admin work — you'll be the go-to technical expert for how content is structured and delivered, and you'll collaborate closely with agency partners during our theme migration.What You'll DoMigrate our legacy WordPress site to a modern Gutenberg block-based experience using a custom themeServe as the technical lead on backend WordPress matters — helping guide decisions and troubleshoot issues during the migrationSupport, manage, and secure the production WordPress environmentBuild and deploy new sections and improve performance via caching and backend optimizationImplement and configure editor-friendly plugins (e.g., polling tools) — no plugin development or WooCommerceIntegrate Zendesk Live Chat and build tools to extract support dataSet up MixPanel event tracking and instrument Gravity Forms appropriatelyWhat You BringFluent English, written and spokenStrong backend development experience with WordPress and PHP — you understand the core engine, content workflows, and template architectureAbility to answer detailed technical questions from agency partners during the migration processExperience optimizing WordPress performance and securityFamiliarity with third-party integrations (e.g., Zendesk, Gravity Forms) and event tracking tools (e.g., MixPanel)Comfortable managing day-to-day updates and keeping progress moving independentlyBenefitsSalary Range from 18,
