We are seeking anApplication Support Engineerto provide end-to-end technical and functional support for two enterprise platforms —Specright / PDMS(Salesforce-based) andInterius(Azure-hosted).
This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, resolving incidents, maintaining data integrity, and supporting integration enhancements across both systems.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide Tier 2 / 3 application support for theSpecright PDMSandInteriusplatforms, managing incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting data and access issues.
Maintain and improve integrations between Salesforce-based and Azure-hosted systems; collaborate with middleware teams to configure, test, and monitor API and data connections.
Develop, modify, and troubleshootSalesforce Data Loaderscripts for bulk data imports, updates, and migrations.
Support supplier onboarding, user administration, and role-based access configuration.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to analyze issues, validate solutions, and optimize workflows.
Participate in integration testing, documentation of technical specifications, and maintenance of operational playbooks.
Liaise with vendor support teams (Salesforce, Specright) for escalated issues and platform enhancements.
Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to continuous process and system optimization.
Required Skills & Experience :
5+ years of experience inenterprise SaaS application support(Salesforce preferred).
Hands-on experience withAPIs (REST / SOAP) , authentication (OAuth / SSO), anddata integration .
Experience withSalesforce Data Loaderor similar ETL tools.
Exposure toMicrosoft Azureenvironments and integration workflows.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills; able to work independently in a global environment.
Experience supportingpackaging, supplier, or product data management systemsis a plus.
