A high-growth performance marketing agency is looking for a talented Graphic Designer who understands the intersection of data and art.
We are looking for a candidate with impeccable taste and a deep understanding of the direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce landscape. You will be responsible for researching competitors, identifying winning visual trends, and producing high-quality ad creatives that stop the scroll.
Responsibilities :
- Create high-conversion ad creatives, including static images, carousels, and GIFs for paid social platforms.
- Conduct ongoing research on competitor ads and market trends to identify effective visual concepts and adapt them for client campaigns.
- Develop multiple iterations of the same creative concept, testing variations in typography, visual hierarchy, and layout to maximize performance.
- Maintain organized files, asset libraries, and version control to enable fast and efficient creative production.
Requirements :
Previous experience working with e-commerce brands or within a performance marketing agency, focused on creating ad creatives.A mandatory portfolio showcasing real creatives used in live campaigns (applications without a portfolio will not be considered).Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, Asana, Slack, Foreplay, Meta Ad Library.Professional English (B2 / C1+)The portfolio must demonstrate strong typography skills . Outdated fonts, generic selections, or poor spacing are considered disqualifying.
