Accounting Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to lead day-to-day accounting operations for our aftermarket automotive business. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, overseeing general ledger activity, supporting internal and external audits, and ensuring compliance with corporate accounting policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and general ledger entries.
• Review and prepare monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards (US GAAP / IFRS as applicable).
• Support external and internal audits by preparing required documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Assist with preparation of financial statements and management reporting packages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, and Corporate Accounting.
• Train, mentor, and supervise accounting staff; provide performance feedback and support professional development.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support system implementations or upgrades.
