Ai Research Specialist

As a pioneering AI Researcher, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI-powered research platforms that revolutionize academic discovery.This innovative platform streamlines research for globally based researchers, empowering them to transition from query to comprehensive review in mere minutes.Our system has been designed to understand paper connections, rank relevance, summarize insights, and map citations, thereby eliminating weeks of manual labor.We are building a vertically integrated AI research suite that accelerates scientific advancements in medicine, AI, climate, and more.This role requires expertise in information retrieval, scalable backend systems, and generative AI.

Responsibilities include : Designing and implementing semantic search pipelines, graph-based retrieval, and agentic systems.Developing and deploying scalable APIs and services for concurrent requests.Architecting vector databases and embedding-based retrieval systems.Working on GenAI integrations, including react agents, graph agents, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration.This is a hands-on role with real ownership, where you'll experiment, ship production systems, and impact thousands of researchers worldwide.The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in semantic search, vector databases, LLM frameworks, agent-based systems, and document retrieval, as well as experience deploying systems at scale and designing infrastructure for hundreds of concurrent requests.You will be part of an innovative team that leverages AI to drive scientific breakthroughs and push the boundaries of human knowledge.
