What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Partner with product marketing managers in campaign ideation and intake document formulation

Project manage campaign development and deployment, ensuring timely and quality execution

Actively manage campaign deployment in the employer's internal email marketing platform, GAMMA

Troubleshoot and resolve escalations related to campaign issues, documenting processes for future improvements

Maintain organization by tracking project status and facilitating communication with offshore production teams

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management roles across multiple organizations or cross-functional teams

2-3 years of experience with email marketing in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrable experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, or Marketing Cloud

Strong, polished, and professional communication skills for stakeholder interactions

Understanding of marketing operations, processes, and business requirements

Proactive and curious attitude with strong problem-solving skills

Familiarity with generative AI tools for email marketing content and production optimization
