Job Summary : OPIT is seeking a Class Coordinator to support our online programs.
This role involves working closely with academic staff, faculty members, and students to ensure program quality.Key Responsibilities : Provide administrative support to academic staff and faculty, manage course schedules, and maintain records and databases.Act as the primary contact for students, handling administrative requests, technical issues, and inquiries.Monitor student enrollment and progress, offering guidance as needed.Facilitate communication between academic staff and students, ensuring prompt responses to queries.Plan and coordinate events, seminars, and workshops to support student learning and engagement.Liaise with tutors to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery.Maintain records, reports, and program-related documentation.Required Skills and Qualifications : Proficiency in English (C1+), other languages are a plus.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in higher education.Strong organizational and communication skills, managing multiple tasks effectively.Familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies.Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and a passion for computer science education.What We Offer : Exciting and dynamic international work environment.Selection Process : We will assess your application, and if you have what we're looking for, you'll be contacted for a preliminary interview.If we like what we hear, we will invite you to participate in a second-round interview with the Director.If you make it to the shortlist, you'll be invited to meet the Team.The job is full-time, and candidates must possess a valid Brazilian tax identification number (CPF for individuals or CNPJ for companies) to be considered for this role.
