The position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English.

Responsibilities

Engage in hiring and talent hunting activities.

Support people operations and administrative processes.

Communicate with clients and internal teams to understand needs.

Contribute to process improvements and raise issues proactively.

Collaborate in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

Must-haves :

• English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Living in Florianópolis – SC
• Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work
• Strong communication skills

Nice-to-haves :

Soft Skills : Proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication

Contract details & Benefits

As Contractor (PJ) : Competitive compensation - R$2.5K (potential to increase to R$5k after 6 months)
