Job Summary

As a Software Engineer focused on Artificial Intelligence, you will make a significant contribution to the construction of innovative AI Agents by collaborating closely with your engineering peers. This role requires a high degree of creative thinking and a strong willingness to learn, as you will be working with the latest in Generative AI tools and frameworks. The Agentic AI Engineer explores emerging technologies, promotes new development approaches, and helps shape the standards for intelligent automation, playing a fundamental role in advancing the company's AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of autonomous AI Agents, leveraging LLMs, advanced techniques such as RAG, and agent-specific frameworks;
• Develop full-stack applications that support and interact with AI Agents, using JavaScript / TypeScript, React, and Next.js to build the necessary interfaces and systems;
• Explore and experiment with emerging technologies and frameworks in the agentic space, fostering innovation and shaping best practices;
• Collaborate with product and design teams to define the behavior, capabilities, and goals of AI Agents, translating business requirements into robust agentic solutions;

Ensure code quality through rigorous reviews, testing, and documentation, while mentoring other engineers on development best practices.

Essential Skills

Strong foundation in software engineering principles, including system design, API architecture, code quality, and testing.

Highly Desirable Skills

Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, including proficiency with modern frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or CrewAI for the purpose of building, testing, and deploying autonomous, goal-oriented agents.
