Key Purpose
Responsible for building and growing client relationships, driving revenue through API account management, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role analyzes data and market trends to identify opportunities, supports seamless onboarding, and serves as the main contact for assigned accounts while developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage and grow client relationships
- Optimize API accounts, L2B conversion, and revenue
- Analyze sales data, API performance (PBI), and usage patterns
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Support client onboarding and training on booking platforms
- Monitor market trends and competitors
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Develop and implement account plans to reach targets
- Hold regular partner meetings to build rapport
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Analytics, Business, Travel, or related fieldExperience in API account management, sales, or business development (B2B travel)Strong analytical and data interpretation skillsProficiency with APIs, PBI, CRM, and self-booking platformsFluent in Portuguese, English, and SpanishIT Skills
