Must‑have experience 3–5+ yrs in beauty / lifestyle DTC; hands‑on in Ads Manager (Meta, TikTok) and Google Ads. You’ve shipped
performing UGC / creator ads
and can show creative + results. You know how to brief creators, negotiate usage / whitelisting, and version winners quickly. Comfort with
data hygiene
(UTMs, naming), GA4 reading, and partnering on CAPI / Events API.
Nice‑to‑have TikTok Shop experience; Google Merchant Center / feed hygiene; YouTube Shorts creative. Light editing in CapCut / Premiere; Figma for storyboards.
