This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in managing digital performance campaigns across key channels and who thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimization of campaigns while identifying trends, surfacing insights, and ensuring flawless execution.Role Responsibilities : Execute, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across : Google App Campaigns (UAC) and Search (Web)Meta (Facebook & Instagram)TikTok AdSApple AdsTrack and manage campaign pacing to ensure delivery within budget and timelinesAnalyze performance data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign efficiencyBuild and maintain weekly reports and dashboards using advanced Excel skillsImplement and refresh ad creatives according to testing plans and content calendarsIdentify trends, optimization opportunities, and flag issues early with proposed solutionsCollaborate closely with creative, analytics, and product marketing teamsCommunicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, in a multicultural team environmentBring innovation in our ad operation processes leveraging on the most recent AI and MarTech availableHandle our media partner relationship to make sure we are using the most advanced technology and features in our campaignsDefine the testing pipeline for each of the channels you manage.

Run A / B tests or incrementality testsRole Qualifications : Over 2-3 years of experience managing performance media campaignsSolid hands-on experience in at least one of the following : Google UAC / Search, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Programmatic DSPsProficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, charts, data validation)Detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skillsAnalytical mindset : able to derive meaningful insights from large datasetsA team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitudeComfortable working in English – this is a mustExperience in A / B testing frameworksExperience with incrementality testing frameworks is a plusSQL, Python or other programming language skills is a plusEEO Statement : We create customer value – We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
