Job Title : Oracle Fusion Cloud Support SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled professional to support and operate our cloud-based financial management solutions.
This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of key business processes, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing expert technical guidance.Act in the GL, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules of Oracle ERP Cloud.Resolve incidents and tickets within established deadlines, collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers.Provide support during monthly accounting closing processes across multiple regions.Execute regression tests on quarterly updates of the Oracle Cloud SaaS environment.Ensure compliance with SOX processes, documentation, and evidence for audits.Lead operations and continuous improvements in communication, processes, and support standards.Participate in the definition and dissemination of best practices, aligned with ITIL and tools like ServiceNow and GitLab.Work with engineering and project teams to ensure successful deployments and integrations.Required Skills and Qualifications : Solid experience in Oracle ERP Cloud, specifically in GL, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules.A minimum of 10 years' experience with Oracle ERP and at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.Participation in at least 3 complete Oracle Cloud implementation projects.Familiarity with Oracle localizations (LACLS) and tax requirements in Brazil.Experience with tools such as BIP, PL / SQL, FBDI, ADFDi, Web Services (SOAP / REST).
