Role Description

This is a temporary and remote role for a Freelance Tech Interviewer. The Freelance Tech Interviewer will be responsible for conducting video interviews with candidates, utilizing industry-specific coding questions. The individual will also provide unbiased assessments and feedback based on the candidates' technical skills and performance during the interviews.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Python, LLM (Language Model), and Machine Learning

Experience in Data Analytics

Ability to conduct technical interviews and assess candidates' technical skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a developer

Familiarity with industry-specific coding questions

Experience working remotely and independently

Previous interviewing experience is a plus

Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred
