This role involves system design, programming, debugging, testing, and documentation.

The developer will work independently on complex projects, analyze problems, and propose solutions.ResponsibilitiesPerform system design and specification development, program logic and flow-charting, unit / functional testing, debugging, and documentation.Work independently and with supervisory review on moderate to highly complex programming tasks.Provide analysis of problems and recommend solutions.

Prepare design documentation, implementation plans and test case documents.Participate in business interactions, possibly with more senior team members, to develop system solutions to business problems.Work within established procedures to develop, test, implement, and maintain application software.Mentor more junior developers and may lead projects as needed.Perform system design and development tasks of a moderate to high complexity which require research and analysis.Qualifications and Job Requirements8+ years Salesforce Developer / programming experienceHands-on, in-depth experience with Apex, VisualForce, Lightning web components, SOQL / SOSL, Force.com IDE and Force.com Ajax Toolkit.Full knowledge of common software design patterns.Financial service cloud experience preferred, Sales / Service cloud a must.Ability to interpret business requirements.Demonstrated experience working with core business logic within applications.Prefer candidates with at least one Salesforce Developer certification.Drive design decisions to conclusion with business management using quick POC's and presentations.Perform peer reviews of design and code.Ability to participate and provide inputs that help in continuous improvements from a development process standpoint.Salesforce CRM - Service, Sales cloud, Financial service cloud, Apex Programming, Visualforce Pages, Triggers & Process builders, Integration, JQuery, Angular JS, Java / J2EE expertise, Software product delivery and management, Data migration tools, Lightning Components.What We Offer100% Remote Work : Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive.
