• Developing detailed project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
• Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks and resolving issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Implementing and managing changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Mentoring junior project managers and team members in project management best practices.
• Communicating effectively with all stakeholders, including presenting project status updates to senior management and clients.Requirements : - Project Management : 3+ years of experience, specifically in software development
• Delivery : Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Risk Management : Experience with risk and change management
• Methodologies : Advanced knowledge of Agile practices
• Technical Understanding : Basic IT infrastructure and software architecture knowledge
• Team Leadership : Experience in resource allocation and team management
• Documentation : Familiarity with project reporting standards
