Position : Executive Assistant

Level : Mid–Senior

Job type : Full-time 40h / week

Wage : $12-$18 / hour

Reports to : CEO & CBORole Overview :

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Officers in managing daily operations, strategic priorities, and cross-functional initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys acting as a strategic partner to senior leadershipWorking time : 9 AM - 5 PM ET (New York office hours)

Manage complexcalendars, scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting logistics across multiple time zones.

Preparemeeting materials, talking points, and detailed follow-up notes for internal and external discussions.

Handleconfidential correspondence, executive communications, and report preparation for leadership.

Manage investor relations correspondence, including drafting professional update emails, scheduling investor calls, and maintaining accuracy in fundraising documentation and data rooms.

Organize and maintaindigital records, files, and trackersacross departments and entities.

Support documentation forlegal, HR, and finance processes, including compliance and expense tracking.

Assist withpersonal-executive matterssuch as visa applications, travel planning, and reimbursements.

Collaborate withFinance, HR, and Operations teamsto compile data and reports on company performance.

Ensuretimely submission and accuracyof documentation and compliance filings.

Conductresearch on markets, competitors, or potential partnersto support executive decision-making.

Summarize insights and preparebriefs and presentationsfor executive review.

Act as aliaison between executives and internal / external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.

Draftexecutive summaries, announcements, and internal memoson behalf of leadership.

Trackdeadlines, action items, and deliverablesacross multiple projects and teams.Qualifications / Experiences :

Bachelor's degree inBusiness, Finance, Communications, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience supportingC-level or senior executivesin a corporate or fast-paced setting.

Demonstrated experience instartup environments, supporting fundraising, investor relations, and due diligence activities.

Strongwritten, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Proficiency inGoogle Workspace,Microsoft Office Suite, andproject management tools(Asana, Notion, or Monday).

Exceptionaltime management, organization, and multitaskingabilities under tight deadlines.

Proven ability to handleconfidential informationwith professionalism and discretion.

Experience withdocument preparation(visa, HR, finance, or compliance forms) is a strong plus.

Excellent English for communication, documentation, and correspondence.Policies :
