Recruiter – Latam (Remote)

GrowthAssistant is looking for an experiencedRecruiter for LATAMto join our growing team!

In this role, you'll manage theend-to-end recruitment process— from creating job postings to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing hires.

You'll work closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience for candidates and internal teams alike.As we're afast-paced startup , you'll wear multiple hats and contribute beyond traditional recruitment — from supporting process documentation to working within our CMS.

Create and publish job ads across various job boards and social media platforms.

Source and network with potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, and OnlineJobs.

Collaborate with hiring managers to definequalification criteriaand hiring needs.

Screen resumes and applications to build strong candidate pipelines.

Conductinitial interviewsand create shortlists of qualified candidates.

Maintain consistentcandidate communicationthroughout the hiring process.

Manage and update thecandidate databasefor future opportunities.

Support documentation ofrecruitment processes and best practicesas needed.What We're Looking For

Proven experience as aRecruitment Specialist, Recruiter , or similar role.

Strong background hiring forDigital Marketing Assistants / AssociatesorSocial Media roles .

Proficient in sourcing techniques on social media and professional job sites.

Familiarity withApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS) .

ExcellentEnglish communication skills— written and spoken.

Demonstrated experience handlinghigh-volume recruitmentfor managerial and executive-level positions.

Comfortable working withUS-based and off-shore clients .

Aself-starterwho can work independently and figure things out with minimal direction.Nice to Have

Experience working within astartup environment .
