We value autonomy, ownership, and solving complex problems at scale.Responsibilities : Design and deploy cloud-native systems on AWS to function at scale.Manage Kubernetes clusters : architecture, automation, observability, and performance tuning.Create Terraform modules and GitOps pipelines to make deployments efficient.Develop CI / CD pipelines that are fast, reliable, and get new features into production safely.Automate tasks - provisioning, monitoring, security - with the best tools available.Ensure 99.99% uptime for billions of transactions annually.Collaborate directly with product engineers, security, and leadership to deliver growth-accelerating infrastructure.Mentor teammates, review code, and define best practices as we grow.Requirements : 7+ years experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.Strong track record with LAMP stack (Linux Apache Mysql PHP).
Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.Deep understanding of Linux, containers, networking, and cloud-native security.Able to scale systems for high-volume, high-availability workloads.Scripting or coding skills - Python, Go, or Bash are acceptable.Expertise in automation and eliminating manual work.Startup or growth-stage experience is a plus.Excellent async communication skills (Slack, GitHub, Docs).
Bonus Points If You've : Built infrastructure for AI / ML systems, SaaS, or telco-scale apps.Utilized tools like GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Vault, Elastic Stack, or EKS.Led technical teams or mentored junior engineers.Possess certifications like AWS Solutions Architect, CKA, or Azure Admin.
