The Investor Relations Senior Manager is a seasoned finance professional with extensive knowledge related to accounting, business, industry data, ESG and regulatory guardrails.

It also presents highly developed skills when communicating with capital markets and with internal stakeholders through meetings, calls, presentations and other requested materials.

It also requires inspiring leadership skills that place the DNA of Natura &Co at the center of every action and communication.

The role is part of a collaborative IR team, which is responsible for maintaining and developing Natura &Co relations with stakeholders from capital markets.What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Key ResponsibilitiesYou will work in a challenging, high-pressure environment with long hours and a varied workload, managing the Natura &Co Investor Relations team through the prompt delivery of a wide variety of requests from the company's executive team and the investor community.

You will also have a team to support, which needs to be daily managed.Will Be Specifically Responsible ForRunning numerous meetings and calls with debt and equity investors;Organizing and running different types of events with stakeholders from capital markets;Analyzing and organizing financial, operational and other key databases;Creating, updating, organizing and summarizing peers' market information;Preparing and updating quarterly results from Excel files, reports, C-level earnings call script and presentation through meetings, calls and other types of interactions with accounting, C-level, FP&A, tax and other teams from each business unit and holding group;Supporting legal and governance team through the shareholder annual meeting and management proposal material;Supporting sustainability team on the annual report organization and elaboration (particularly from the narrative perspective);Preparing regulator-required reports (e.g., CVM 044);Adjusting the communication strategy for each type of material and target audience;Creating, maintaining and improving relationships with internal and external stakeholders;Continuously updating requested knowledge (accounting, ESG, industry, etc.);Delivering high-quality requested demands even during high-pressure long hours workload;Improving and / or creating new processes between IR team and other internal stakeholders to ensure all needed information is received and properly processed;Managing IR team and supporting the development of its members' careers;Improving IR daily processes based on market best practices and transparency.What will you find here?
