Infor LN Cloud Consultant / Testing for Brazil Support

Project Objective :

The project involves transitioning from the legacy BaaN system to Infor LN Cloud Edition globally, including Brazil. A subject matter expert (SME) is required to support the India-based team by facilitating knowledge transfer, ensuring service stability, and serving as a liaison between local stakeholders and the global implementation team.

Responsibilities

Lead the initial knowledge transition by gathering information from Portuguese-speaking SMEs and incumbent teams, and sharing it with the AMS team in English

Develop process and solution understanding documentation in English

Act as a liaison between the Brazil-based teams (client and incumbent) and the India-based AMS team

Provide initial AMS support for Infor LN Cloud Edition and help establish service stability post go-live

Required Skills

Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English – reading, writing, and listening

Hands-on ERP experience in Finance and Logistics, specifically with Infor LN

Experience in configuring and managing Brazil localization packages within ERP systems

Strong understanding of the Nota Fiscal process

Requirement : 2 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) Positions

Duration : 4 months (initial period, with possibility of extension)
