Job Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements
- Collaborate closely with product teams to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables
- Utilize Agile methodologies to plan sprints, coordinate teams, and facilitate meetings
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a productive and motivated work environment
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders
Required Qualifications :
2 to 5+ years of experience in project management and product management roles, preferably in technology or software developmentProven knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management toolsStrong technical background with the ability to understand complex product requirementsExcellent English communication skills, ranging from intermediate to fluentCollege degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree or higher is preferredPreferred Qualifications :
Certification in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master, or similar)Experience working in fully remote teams and across multiple time zonesAdvanced skills in stakeholder engagement and risk managementPrior exposure to technical writing and documentation best practices
