You'll play a key role in building and optimizing data pipelines, designing scalable data solutions, and enabling advanced analytics across the organization.
This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with engineers, analysts, and data scientists to ensure data is accurate, reliable, and accessible.ResponsibilitiesBuild and continuously improve data gathering, modeling, and reporting capabilities.Design and maintain data pipelines and ETL workflows to ensure efficient processing of large datasets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineers, analysts, product owners, scientists) to identify and meet data needs.Develop and maintain data warehouse solutions, ensuring performance and scalability.Implement quality checks and enforce data governance best practices.Contribute to the self-service data platform and empower teams with accessible data.Qualifications And Job Requirements8+ years of experience as a Data / BI Engineer.Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in SQL and NoSQL databases.Proven experience with Snowflake (highly desirable), Redshift, or BigQuery.Experience developing pipelines with Airflow or equivalent orchestration software.Proficiency in Python (notebooks and data processing).
Hands-on experience with DBT for data modeling and transformations.Experience with AWS or GCP services (e.g., S3 / GCS, Lambda / Cloud Functions, EMR / Dataproc, Glue / Dataflow, Athena).
