Key Qualifications :

• 5–7+ years of experience in IT Program / Project Management, preferably within large enterprise environments.
• Proven experience in M&A integrations, including application rationalization, data migration, and change management.
• Strong technical acumen with a solid understanding of architecture, data flows, APIs, middleware, and system dependencies.
• Knowledge of both legacy and modern technology stacks, with experience in application reengineering and consolidations.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership skills; comfortable working with business, technical, and vendor teams.
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica).
• Skilled in risk, budget, and timeline management, with the ability to navigate complex program dependencies and constraints.
