Our mission is to innovate the hospitality experience by maximizing revenue opportunities and enhancing the customer journey through superior technology and strategic partnerships.Role OverviewIn the role of Account Manager at BnBerry, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our hotel clients, driving revenue growth, and optimizing their accounts.

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about client success and possess a strategic mindset to address performance-related challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relations : Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with hotel clients, becoming their primary point of contactPerformance Analysis : Evaluate the performance of assigned accounts and implement strategies for optimization and revenue growthNegotiation Skills : Negotiate competitive rates and terms with clients to ensure mutual profitabilitySupport Tasks : Assist Account Executives with various administrative tasks, including client outreach and account managementCollaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as business development and customer support, to ensure client needs are met effectivelyCRM Usage : Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) to manage account records and track sales interactionsRequirementsQualifications1+ years of experience in sales or business development, particularly in Hotel Revenue / Reservations / Leisure SalesFamiliarity with the hospitality industry and online booking platforms like Airbnb and Booking.comExperience in B2B sales is advantageousA dedication to ongoing learning and growth in B2B sales methodsStrong written and verbal communication abilities conducive to relationship-buildingExperience with CRM systems such as SalesforceThe ability to multitask and navigate a fast-paced workplaceAbility to work US / EST hoursBenefitsCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive salary and a performance-based incentivesFull-time remote position with opportunities for professional growth and developmentJoin UsIf you\'re a dynamic self-starter with a passion for client relationship management and a track record of driving results, we want to hear from you.
