• Facilitate the organization and execution of candidate interviews with clients, ensuring thorough preparation and follow-up.
• Conduct candidate negotiations and initiate the hiring process.
• Tailor recruitment strategies to meet the specific requirements of each client and vacancy.
• Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to business development efforts.What we are looking for- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year focused on Full Life Cycle Recruiting in the IT sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong self-management and independent working capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (3+ years) in the field.
