Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice.QualificationsFor this role, you must be based in BrazilLanguage Skills : Upper Intermediate English Level (B2)Technical Skills : 3+ years managing high-performing engineering teamsSolid understanding of agile methodologiesHands-on experience with Java or GolangProficient with relational databasesFamiliarity with observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or similarExperience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectureStrong grasp of SRE / DevOps conceptsPrevious experience building large-scale, high-throughput systemsDesirable QualificationsExperience in the card issuing industryKnowledge of ISO 8583 and authorization systemsAdditional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
