We are hiring for a global leader in energy metering and efficiency management , with innovative products used in 70+ countries.

We are seeking a Sales Manager to spearhead growth in Brazil and expand our presence across South America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Identify and secure new customers, exploring opportunities for new product projects.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to support new product development and address technical / commercial issues.
  • Prepare technical documents for bidding and tendering.
  • Monitor competitors and ensure marketing strategies remain competitive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering , or related field.
  • Proven experience and network in power AMI, distribution products, water / gas meters, or communication modules .
  • Strong English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Willing to travel frequently for business within Brazil and overseas.
