Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key benefits consultantsEducate consultants on the employer’s products and capabilities while addressing their needsAct as the liaison between internal teams and external consultants for effective collaborationManage consultant deals and lead the RFP process for consultant-led opportunitiesTrack partnership performance and provide insights for strategic adjustmentsQualifications
8+ years of experience working with consultants, brokers, and partners in a health and wellness companyProven track record of consistent over-achievement in quota and revenue goalsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCritical thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesPreferred Qualifications
