Full-Stack Flutter Developer

📍 Remote – Latin America

subQdocs.ai is building the next-generation medical software platform for dermatology practices in the U.S. Our product automates clinical documentation, coding, and workflows — and our Flutter app is at the core of how doctors interact with it.

We’re a small, fast-moving start-up (U.S.-based, well-funded) with a LATAM engineering team , and we’re looking for a Full-Stack Flutter Developer who thrives in a collaborative environment and loves working with cutting-edge tech.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain our cross-platform Flutter app , with a tablet-first design and a slimmed-down phone experience.
  • Develop and maintain back-end services using Node.js / TypeScript and PostgreSQL .
  • Design and optimize APIs, schemas, and services for scalability and performance.
  • Work closely with LATAM engineers and collaborate directly with data scientists who are experts in the field .
  • Use agentic coding tools and modern AI-driven workflows to speed up development and improve quality.
  • Ship features quickly and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Contribute to technical discussions around architecture, performance, and scaling.

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of total coding experience, with 2+ years in Flutter / Dart .
  • Strong Flutter framework knowledge (state management, widgets, performance).
  • Proficiency with Node.js / TypeScript for back-end development.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL , including schema design, queries, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with Git workflows and Agile development.
  • Comfortable reading, writing, and speaking technical English (at least medium level).

  • Experience with GitHub Actions for CI / CD.
  • Knowledge of push notifications or background task handling.
  • Prior work in healthcare or other regulated industries.
