Your role and responsibilities :

• Ensure SLA adherence and process compliance (ITIL awareness)
• Mentor and train team members
• Handle tickets, perform root cause analysis, and troubleshoot technical issues
• Lead installation, configuration, migration, and upgrade activities
• Define and enforce operational processes
• Maximize system uptime and manage BASIS activities
• Collaborate with functional teams on cutover strategies and post-implementation support
