Job Responsibilities :
- Develop comprehensive rider care strategies and annual plans aligned with the company's business objectives and riders' needs, continuously research industry trends and rider feedback, and constantly optimize care solutions;
- Design a rider welfare system, plan and organize various rider activities (such as holiday celebrations, award ceremonies, and team-building events) to enhance rider cohesion, and collaborate with external partners to provide riders with more value-added services;
- Conduct data analysis and evaluation : collect and analyze data related to rider care, assess the effectiveness of care measures, and adjust and improve care strategies based on data analysis results.
